Kyrgyz citizens can enter Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days. However, to continue staying in Turkey after this period, a residence permit must be obtained.

Types of Residence Permits:

  • Short-term (1 Year): For tourism, health, education, property purchase.
  • Long-term: For those who have resided in Turkey continuously for 8 years.
  • Family Residence Permit: For spouses of Turkish citizens or legal residents.

Required Documents:

  • Passport (notarized Turkish translation)
  • Rental agreement or title deed
  • Health insurance
  • Financial adequacy document
  • Biometric photographs

Application Process

Applications are submitted online through the e-İkamet system. After submission, an appointment is scheduled at the Migration Management office. The process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
